What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
When will my order ship?
Orders with products that are in stock will process and ship within 3 business days of placing the order. Orders with products that are on pre-order will process and ship within 3 business days of the publishing date, as listed in the product description.
Orders composed of products that are in stock and on pre-order will ship once the pre-order products have been received, checked and stocked. Delays may occur. Any delays will be communicated directly to customers via email and publicly through social media announcements.
When will my order arrive?Transit times do not include the day your order is picked up from our studio. Once it has been picked up, the transit time will vary based on the shipping service you chose and paid for. Typically, within the contiguous United States, USPS Media Mail will take anywhere between 2 to 8 days, and USPS Priority Mail will take 1 to 3 days. Orders going to Canada may take up to 8 weeks.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times. We are not liable for any events, delays or losses that occur once the item has been picked up from our studio.
Do you ship internationally?Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. As we are based in the United States, orders shipped to Canada may require additional import and brokerage fees. We are not liable for any duties required upon delivery.
However, if you are outside of the United States and Canada but would still like to order from us, please send us an email. We may be able to create a custom order. Please note that this may incur higher shipping rates and that it may take several days or weeks for us to process custom orders, on top of longer transit times.
Do you take returns? Can I get a refund?
All sales are final. If your order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it. If you receive a defective product, we request that you document the item upon inspection, and send us an email with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll take it from there.

I didn’t receive a confirmation email. What now?
If it’s not in your junk or spam folder, please send us an email with your name, shipping address and phone number. We’ll help you locate the order and forward any communications to the correct channels.
I need to change my shipping address. How can I do that?
Please send us an email, no later than 24 hours after placing your order, with your order number and a complete, correct shipping address.
There’s a pending transaction on my account even if my payment was declined. What’s wrong?
Any transactions made may be reflected as pending on your bank accounts. If the transaction was denied for any reason, your bank will drop these charges within 1 to 3 business days. This is standard protocol at most major banks. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist on or expedite this process.
My order says it has been delivered, but I can’t find it. What should I do?
Sunstroke Press is not liable for any delays or losses that occur once the item has been picked up from our studio. Please review your order confirmation email upon receipt and send us an email with any corrections, if needed.
We are not able to see more information than the customer. If your tracking number states that it has been delivered, please check your surrounding areas and confer with your neighbors in case any of them received your order. Other factors may affect delivery, such as heavy mail volume, location and weather. We advise you to file a claim as soon as you confirm non-delivery, and to contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
